		<description>Hi -- Is there any way at all to have a complaint handled by Dell?  They have failed to repair my laptop which is still under warranty. Its been away for a week and has come back worse than before. No one to speak with, no names given, no contact via a web site. The subcontinent help number is just a timewasting process dealing with people who just read from the instructions (not very well). I would like the world to know that Dell sucks -- its a failing business in the hands of fools. MT</description>

I canceled an order with them by phone, they told me that everything was OK, and 4-5 days later (today), I&#039;m finding that the items in my mailbox. I discovered that I had been charged even after I had canceled the order... Let&#039;s see how it works out.

I guess Dell is to be avoided for customer service...</description>
